I feel my safety, wellbeing, or welfare may be at risk

Here some important contact information following our call that may be helpful if you find yourself in an emergency or crisis situation.

If you are feeling suicidal, in immediate danger, or are at risk of harming yourself:

  • Call 999 and ask for an ambulance.
  • You can also go directly to your nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) department.
  • If you are under the care of a Mental Health Crisis Team, please follow the guidance they have given you.
