How do I order my repeat prescription?

To order your prescription, you will need to use the Alternaleaf Patient Portal. Here’s how it works:
 

  1. Log in to the Patient Portal
    • Go to Your patient portal and log in to your account.
    • Once logged in, click on the section titled "Repeat Prescriptions"
       
  2. Choose Your Medication
    • At the top of the page, you’ll see a tab called “Catalogue.” Click this to view the products available.
    • Select the items you’d like to request that are currently in stock and within your allowance.
       
  3. When to Order
    • You can request your medication 21 days after the date your last prescription was written.
       
  4. What Happens Next
    • Once you submit your request, it is sent to the clinic (Alternaleaf) to review.
    • The clinic takes up to 48 hours to approve the request.
    • Once approved, it can take up to 3 working days for the prescription to arrive at our pharmacy (Montu).
    • As soon as we receive your prescription, we will send you an email notification letting you know it's ready to purchase.
       
  5. How to Buy Your Medication
    • Click the link in the email to visit the Montu store.
    • Once there, go to the “My Medications” tab, which you can find in the menu (usually in the top left or right corner of the screen).
    • If asked, log in again to view your prescription.
    • Add your medication to the cart and check out as usual.
